Acceptable Use Policy

  1. Excessive Use of Resources or Network Abuse

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their use of our server resources and network does not negatively impact the performance of our servers or other customers’ websites. Examples of prohibited activities include but are not limited to, excessive consumption of CPU or memory resources, network flooding, or launching DDoS attacks. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that consistently exceed acceptable usage limits or engage in network abuse.

  1. Unauthorized System Access

Customers are prohibited from accessing or attempting to access any systems, networks, or accounts without proper authorization. This includes but is not limited to, hacking, cracking, port scanning, or exploiting security vulnerabilities in our services, systems, or the systems of other customers. Any unauthorized system access may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, and may also lead to legal action.

  1. Storage of Backups

The storage space provided with your hosting plan should be used primarily for website content, including files, images, and databases. It should not be used for the storage of backups, archives, or other non-web-related content. Customers who require additional storage for backups should consider purchasing an appropriate backup service or plan. Failure to comply with this policy may result in account suspension or termination.

  1. Zero Tolerance Spam Policy

We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for the sending of unsolicited bulk or commercial messages (spam) using our services. This includes, but is not limited to, sending spam through email, forums, blogs, or any other means. Customers found to be engaging in spamming activities will have their accounts suspended or terminated without warning and may be subject to legal action.

In addition, customers are prohibited from using our services to host or support websites, applications, or services that are advertised or promoted through spam, or that facilitate the sending of spam. This includes but is not limited to, hosting websites or services that sell or distribute spamming software, email lists, or other tools designed to facilitate spam.
